TERMS AND CONDITIONS Free shipping and handling within the US There is 10 days period after our customers receive shipment of the artwork to claim a return. 10 days calculated from the date of confirmation of the delivery by tracking number. If the artwork is not damaged by shipment and according to the description, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return. We will refund the amount paid for the artwork when we receive it back. If there are damages beyond those that were agreed upon before the shipment or damages caused by shipping company, we will refund you the cost of the return immediately after we receive the artwork back. |
