Vadim was born in October 25, 1963 in St. Petersburg, Russia.
He studied at the Repin's Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, then in Solomon Rossin's Studio. He joined the Fellowship of Free Artists in 1989. Participated in "New World Treasures" programs.
From 1989 to present he participated in twenty art exhibitions and sold 300 paintings to collectors from 18 countries such as Australia, Belgium, France, Finland, Great Britain, Germany, Holland, Japan, Korea, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Sweden and USA.
